How to Eat Morning Glory
Spoon 50g into a bowl.
Hot oats: Add 200 - 250ml of water or milk (diary or plant based) cook on the hob for 5 - 7 minutes whilst stirring or microwave for 2 - 3 minutes on full power.
Overnight oats: Add 100 - 150ml of whatever kind of milk you prefer, leave in the fridge overnight, enjoy in the morning.

Q: How long does it last?
Each pack has a minimum 3 month shelf life from the date of production when stored in a cool, dry place.
Q: What about allergens?
We use gluten free oats and all other ingredients are naturally gluten free, however Morning Glory may contain traces of milk, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds. soya, sulphur dioxide and other cereals containing gluten due to handling in the supply chain.
