Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

 

Some products or offers may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or other flexible purchase options. This policy explains how these work and how you can manage or cancel them.

 


 

Subscriptions

If you choose to subscribe, you will receive repeat deliveries of Morning Glory at the frequency you select.

How it works

  • Your payment method will be stored securely

  • You will be charged automatically for each delivery

  • Subscriptions will continue until you cancel

 

Managing your subscription

You can pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation timing

  • Changes or cancellations must be made before your next billing date

  • If a payment has already been processed, the order will still be fulfilled

 

Returns

As our products are food items:

  • We cannot accept returns of opened products

Pre-Orders

From time to time, we may offer products on a pre-order basis.

How it works

  • You are purchasing an item that is not yet in stock

  • We may take full payment or a deposit at checkout

  • Your order will be dispatched once the product becomes available

Cancellations

  • You may cancel a pre-order before it has been dispatched

  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for return in line with our Refund Policy

 


 

Try Before You Buy

We do not currently offer a try before you buy service.

If we introduce this in the future, specific terms will be provided at the point of purchase.

 


 

General Cancellation Rights (UK Customers)

 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

However, this does not apply to sealed food products once opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you wish to cancel:

  • Items must be unopened and in resaleable condition

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
