Returns & Refunds

 

We want you to love your Morning Glory. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to put it right.

 

30-Day Returns Window

 

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to contact us about a return.

 


 

Food Products (Important)

 

As Morning Glory is a food product, we’re unable to accept returns of items that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.

This is for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll always aim to resolve it fairly.

 


 

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

 

Please check your order when it arrives.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Incorrect

 

Please email us at hello@mymorningglory.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos where possible

We’ll review this quickly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 


 

Unopened Returns

 

If you wish to return an item that is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may do so within 30 days.

Returns must be sent to the address provided to you when you request a return.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns

  • Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted


 

Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Law)

 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

However, this right does not apply to perishable or sealed food items once opened.

If you cancel within this period:

  • Items must be unopened and in a resaleable condition

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

 


 

Exchanges

 

We don’t offer direct exchanges.

The quickest way to get what you want is to:

  1. Request a return

  2. Place a new order

 


 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 working days for processing (your bank may take longer)
