Everything you need in one bag
Everything overnight oats need, already in one bag: gluten-free oats, milled superfood seeds and chopped berries. Two scoops, milk, fridge - 30 seconds tonight, zero decisions tomorrow. Works hot as porridge too.
One bowl quietly covers the fibre and protein everyone keeps telling you about, with no added sugar and nothing artificial. £7.99 works out at 57p a breakfast - less than the milk that goes on it.
What’s Inside?
Six ingredients, each one earning its place:
-
Gluten free oats & oat bran - steady-energy release.
-
Milled chia & flax seeds - fibre and omega-3s, milled so your body actually absorbs them.
- Chopped pumpkin seeds - protein, plus texture so it's never wallpaper paste.
- Chopped goji berries - the sweetness, so we don't have to add sugar.
Nothing artificial, nothing you can't pronounce.
Why Morning Glory?
- High in fibre → keeps you full past the 10:30 biscuit window.
- Source of protein → for workdays, school runs, and the occasional park-run.
- No added sugar → the berries do the sweetening.
- Milled & chopped → so the nutrients get absorbed instead of passing through.
- Zero faff → no juggling six jars at 7am. Everything's already in the bag.
- Hot or cold → porridge in minutes, or overnight oats in 30 seconds the night before.
How to Enjoy Morning Glory Oats
Thirty seconds tonight, or three minutes tomorrow
Overnight oats:
Two scoops (50g) in a jar or bowl, add 100–150ml of whatever milk your household has agreed on, stir, fridge. That's it - no recipe to remember, nothing to get wrong. In the morning: eat, or grab the jar and go.
Hot porridge:
Same two scoops, 200–250ml milk or water, 2–3 minutes in the microwave or 5–7 on the hob, stirring.
Toppings optional. Honey, banana, a spoon of yoghurt - or nothing. We won't judge either way.
