How to Enjoy Morning Glory Oats
Spoon 50g into a bowl.
Hot oats: Add 200 - 250ml milk or yoghurt (dairy or plant based) cook on the hob for 5 - 7 minutes whilst stirring or microwave for 2 - 3 minutes on full power.
Overnight oats: Add 100 - 150ml of milk or yoghurt and leave in the fridge overnight, enjoy as part of your morning routine.
Favourite toppings optional.

Q: What is cacao?
Cacao refers to the raw or minimally processed form of the beans from the Theobroma cacao tree.
Q: What about allergens?
Morning Glory is tested to be <20ppm of gluten so is considered Gluten Free. However Morning Glory blends may contain traces of milk, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds and soya due to handling in the supply chain.
Q: How long will a 700g pack last?
Approx 14 servings based on a recommended 50g portion.
Q: Why do you mill and chop the seeds?
By milling and chopping the seeds it makes it easier for your body to absorb the nutrients. It's as simple as that.
Q: Where is Morning Glory made?
Morning Glory is blended and packed in the Yorkshire, made from ingredients sourced from around the world.
Q: How long does a bag keep for?
The dry oat mix has a minimum 6 month best before date from the date of production when stored in a cool, dry place.
Our current 6-month best before reflects how far our shelf-life testing has progressed so far, and while we expect this to extend up to 12 months as testing continues, we can only state what’s been fully validated.
